What the dues tracker does
- Dues periods. Create a period such as "Fall season" with an amount per member and an optional due date.
- How members pay. Turn on cash, an e-transfer email, or a payment link you paste from your own payment account.
- Who has paid. Mark members paid as money comes in, so the list stays the source of truth.
- The money goes to you. My League Portal never touches your members' money.

Tips for getting paid on time
- Set the due date before the first game, not after.
- Give one way to pay first, and keep cash as a backup.
- Ask for a clear e-transfer message, such as the member's name and season.
- Mark payments as they arrive, so you are not matching emails at the end of the season.
