Looking for a LeagueLineup alternative? Here is how to restart your league

The old league site may already redirect away. Here is how to stand up schedules, standings, and registration again.

If your league ran on LeagueLineup, the old site may already have stopped working. Organizations reported shutdown notices, and August 31, 2026 is the date most often cited in those reports. Third-party write-ups also reported that as of September 1, 2026, LeagueLineup websites and URLs redirect to Stack Sports, and that account access is no longer available. We did not find a public announcement from LeagueLineup or Stack Sports to quote on this page. On September 25, 2026, leaguelineup.com itself redirected to stacksports.com.

That leaves commissioners with a season coming up and no site for registration, schedules, or standings. This page explains what My League Portal covers, what it does not, and how to get a public league home running again.

What My League Portal gives your league

  • A public league home. Schedule, standings, teams, news, and a stream tab live at one link. You do not have to build a separate website.
  • Season registration. Players register on a public page, and you see the roster in the dashboard.
  • Digital waivers. Players accept your waiver during sign-up. Waiver text is included on the free plan. On Pro and Enterprise you can upload a PDF and edit the extracted text before you save it. The league owner can download a signed-waiver log from Settings.
  • Drop-in nights. Run pickup or open-gym sessions beside the season, with a cap, a waitlist, and check-in. Set a per-night fee, players choose cash or e-transfer, and see who's paid at a glance (prepaid weeks supported). The drop-in sign-up guide has the details.
  • Live scores. Score from the bench with on-court starters and a game clock. Fans see the live box score, and optional video, on the Stream tab on Pro or Enterprise. On Basic that tab stays visible and locked. Pro includes a branded overlay template for a stream. Enterprise adds custom overlays.
  • A schedule you can upload. There is no direct LeagueLineup import. On Pro and Enterprise, add games from a spreadsheet or a calendar file from Google or Apple, and preview the list before it saves. On Basic, add games one at a time.

How it works

  1. Collect what you still have. Rosters, schedules, logos, and past results from exports, emails, or spreadsheets. If the old account is already closed, those copies may be all you have.
  2. Create a free account at sign-up and name your league.
  3. Add your season and open registration. Share the new link, because the old address no longer opens your league.
  4. Build the schedule, add teams, and publish standings.
  5. Upgrade later if you need to. Move to Pro when you outgrow the free limits or want your own domain.

Which plan do you need?

  • League Basic: free. Up to 50 players, 1 admin (the owner), 1 active season, and 1 active drop-in session. Digital waivers, a public registration page, and 30-day history are included.
  • Pro: $19.99 CAD/month. Up to 150 players, 3 admins (you plus 2 co-admins), 3 seasons, and 10 active drop-in sessions. It adds PDF waiver upload (you edit the text before saving), custom themes, a custom fan domain, and a branded stream overlay template. Pay for 6 months and save 20%, or 1 year and save 30%.
  • Enterprise: $99.99 CAD/month. Unlimited players, seasons, drop-ins, and admins, plus white-label branding, a league shop, custom stream overlays, and an AI assistant. Try it free for 30 days with no card.

There are no setup fees. You can pause a paid plan anytime from Settings when the season is off.

When My League Portal is not the right fit

  • Large youth associations that need family accounts, many divisions, and email or text blasts may be better served by tools built for youth sports organizations.
  • You want a native app with push notifications. My League Portal runs in the phone's browser. There is nothing to install from an app store. If your group mainly needs team RSVPs with push alerts, BenchApp, TeamSnap, or Spond may suit you better.
  • Leagues with more than 50 players need Pro. Pro also covers two extra admins. Leagues that need more than 3 admins need Enterprise.
  • There is no one-click LeagueLineup import. Re-enter what you saved, or on Pro and Enterprise upload a spreadsheet or calendar file of games.
