Volleyball drop-in sign-up that fills your courts, not your inbox

Size the night to your courts, then take names, the waiver, and the fee on one link.

Volleyball drop-ins have a tight headcount. With two or three courts, a few players over means long sit-outs, and a few under means uneven sides. Names in a chat and fees at the net make that number hard to trust.

My League Portal gives each drop-in session one sign-up link with a cap, a waitlist, a waiver, and a fee. It does not add volleyball-only stats or a court diagram. The same drop-in tools work for the night. The drop-in sign-up guide covers them in full.

What you can set

  • Player cap. Size it to your courts. For example, 2 courts of 12 is a cap of 24. That number is yours to choose.
  • Waitlist. Once the session is full, players join the waitlist. If someone drops, you move the next person onto the list. It does not happen by itself.
  • Waiver. Players accept your drop-in waiver on the sign-up page before they play. The league owner can download a signed-waiver log from Settings.
  • Fee. Set a per-night fee, players choose cash or e-transfer, and see who's paid at a glance (prepaid weeks supported).
  • Sign-up window. Open sign-ups right away or closer to the date, and close them a set time before start. The default close is 60 minutes before.
  • Repeat. Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Each upcoming date counts toward the plan's active-session limit.
  • Check-in. Mark players in at the door. On Pro and Enterprise, Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers show regulars in the dashboard.

Sessions appear on your public schedule, so new players can find the time and location without asking.

How it works

  1. Sign up free at sign-up.
  2. Add your waiver.
  3. Create a drop-in session with the venue, time, cap, fee, and sign-up window, and set it to repeat if you want.
  4. Share the link with your players.
  5. Check players in, split into courts, and play. Team Builder can split checked-in players at random or by position.

Plans

  • League Basic: free. 1 active drop-in session, digital waivers, up to 50 players, and 1 admin.
  • Pro: $19.99 CAD/month. 10 active drop-in sessions (useful if beginner and intermediate nights are separate sessions), up to 150 players, up to 3 admins, PDF waiver upload, and a custom fan domain. Save 20% on 6 months or 30% on 1 year.
  • Enterprise: $99.99 CAD/month. Unlimited drop-ins, unlimited admins, and a 30-day free trial with no card.

There are no setup fees, and you can pause between seasons from Settings.

When My League Portal is not the right fit

  • You want a native app with push notifications. My League Portal runs in the phone's browser. There is nothing to install from an app store. If your group mainly needs team RSVPs with push alerts, BenchApp, TeamSnap, or Spond may suit you better.
  • If you run several skill-level nights at once, the free plan's single active drop-in session is not enough. That needs Pro.

FAQ

Can I run separate beginner and advanced nights?

Yes. Create a separate session for each. Basic allows 1 active drop-in session at a time, and Pro allows 10. Enterprise has no limit.

How does the waitlist work?

When a session fills, new sign-ups go on the waitlist. If a player drops, you move the next person onto the list from check-in. It does not happen by itself.

Do players have to accept a waiver?

You can attach a drop-in waiver, and players accept it on the sign-up page before playing. The league owner can download a signed-waiver log from Settings.

Is there a free option?

Yes. League Basic is free for one active drop-in session at a time.
